Subscribtion FAQ's

At Luna Microcare, we offer three flexible subscription options, each with auto-renewal and recurring billing.

The Monthly Subscription renews every month, with a 20% discount applied to each recurring payment. A minimum commitment of three billing cycles is required before cancellation or pausing.

The BiMonthly Subscription renews every two months, with a 20% discount on each cycle. A minimum of three payments (six months) is required before cancellation.

The TriMonthly Subscription renews every three months with a 20% discount. A minimum of three payments (nine months) is required before cancellation or pausing.
All subscriptions are prepaid, and charges continue automatically until cancelled after meeting the minimum commitment.

To modify, pause, or cancel your subscription, please visit the "Subscriptions" tab within your account on our website. Changes or cancellations can be made at any time after completing the required minimum of three billing cycles. If you encounter any difficulties, please reach out to us at info@lunamicrocare.com.

If you need to temporarily pause your subscription or skip an upcoming order, log in to lunamicrocare.com and click on the avatar icon in the top right corner. This will bring you to your account dashboard, where your active subscriptions will appear under the "Subscriptions" section. From there, you can pause or skip upcoming orders at any time.

You can easily update your shipping or billing information by visiting the "Subscriptions" tab in your account on lunamicrocare.com.

If you signed up for a subscription account, your credit card information is securely stored to process future payments. Prior to each charge, you will receive an email confirming the upcoming payment. We prioritise your security and privacy, adhering to the highest standards to maintain a safe and secure environment.
